The NIULI 7-ton heavy-duty diesel forklift, model CPCD70, is a high-load handling equipment independently developed by NIULI Machinery for heavy-load, high-intensity and harsh working conditions. It is specially designed for ports, terminals, heavy industry manufacturing, infrastructure construction, mining areas and large-scale warehousing. Featuring powerful power output, reliable load-bearing capacity, robust durability and easy maintenance, it has become a preferred solution for continuous outdoor heavy-duty operations.

1. Basic Specifications & Core Parameters

1.1 Load Capacity & Overall Dimensions

Rated load capacity: 7000kg at standard load center of 600mm, fully compatible with heavy-load operations of standard pallets.

Overall weight: Approximately 9750kg. The vehicle is equipped with well-proportioned counterweights to deliver excellent stability during heavy-load traveling and stacking.

Body dimensions: Length (excluding forks): 3560mm, Overall width: 2010mm, Height of overhead guard: 2470mm, Wheelbase: 2250mm, Minimum turning radius: 3350mm. It balances superior load stability and flexible maneuverability in limited working spaces.

Fork configuration: Standard fork size: 1220×150×55mm. Extended forks of 1520mm and 2000mm are available as options. The fork spacing is adjustable from 300mm to 1840mm to suit goods of various sizes and weights.

1.2 Mast & Lifting Performance

Mast type: Standard two-stage mast with a maximum lifting height of 3000mm. A three-stage full-free mast is optional, with the maximum lifting height reaching 6000mm, meeting the requirements of high stacking and container loading & unloading.

Mast tilt angle: Forward tilt 6°, rear tilt 12°. The forward tilt facilitates pallet picking, while the rear tilt effectively prevents cargo slipping during stacking, greatly enhancing operational safety under heavy loads.

Lifting & traveling speed: Full-load lifting speed: about 460mm/s; No-load lifting speed: up to 500mm/s. Full-load traveling speed: around 24km/h; No-load traveling speed: maximum 26km/h. It ensures high working efficiency as well as stable running under heavy loads.

1.3 Power System

This forklift is fitted with Chaochai CY6102BG six-cylinder diesel engine. Its rated power ranges from 75kW to 85kW at 2200 rpm. The engine outputs abundant low-speed torque and strong power, capable of handling heavy-load start-up, slope climbing and long-hour continuous operation effortlessly. Adopting full-floating shock absorption design and large-capacity tube-and-fin radiator, it achieves outstanding heat dissipation performance and avoids overheating even during prolonged high-load work, adapting well to harsh outdoor environments with high temperature and heavy dust.

1.4 Chassis & Traveling System

Driving mode: Standard rear-wheel drive with efficient power transmission and excellent climbing performance. The maximum gradeability reaches 20%, enabling smooth traveling on factory ramps, muddy and rugged construction roads.

Tire configuration: Standard 8.25-15-14PR solid tires, which are wear-resistant and puncture-proof, ideal for gravel yards and steel stockyards with rough road surfaces. Pneumatic tires are optional for better shock absorption and riding comfort.

Braking & steering system: Equipped with vacuum-assisted braking system for sensitive and stable braking performance without deviation when carrying heavy loads. It adopts low-torque steering gear and elastically connected steering axle, making steering labor-saving and reducing fatigue for operators.

The vehicle frame is welded with high-strength steel plates, and key load-bearing parts are thickened and reinforced to enhance resistance against impact and deformation, so the whole machine can maintain stable performance under long-term 7-ton load operation. The mast is made of thick section steel with exquisite welding craftsmanship, realizing smooth lifting without jitter or stuck. All hydraulic cylinders are equipped with NOK sealing components, which have passed tens of thousands of fatigue tests. The superior sealing performance effectively prevents oil leakage and pressure loss, ensuring stable lifting and lowering and lowering failure rates.

2.2 Ergonomic Design for Comfort & Safety

The standard open cab features a spacious interior and unobstructed vision, allowing operators to clearly observe the status of forks and cargo and reduce blind areas. A fully enclosed cab with air conditioning is available as an optional accessory. It is fitted with height and angle adjustable seat and steering wheel to fit operators of different statures. The control levers are reasonably arranged with light operation feel, relieving fatigue during long-time work.

A heavy-duty overhead guard is equipped as standard to protect operators from falling objects. The high-definition liquid crystal instrument panel displays real-time data including engine speed, water temperature, oil pressure and battery level, with clear fault early warning to help operators keep track of the equipment condition in real time.

2.3 Wide Application & High Working Efficiency

Powered by diesel fuel, the forklift requires no charging downtime. It can resume operation immediately after refueling, completely free from range anxiety, and perfectly suitable for non-stop round-the-clock work at ports and construction sites. It works reliably in low temperature, high temperature, dusty and humid outdoor conditions, showing better environmental adaptability than electric forklifts.

A variety of optional attachments including side shifters, bale clamps, rotators and rod carriages can be installed to handle different types of goods such as steel coils, pipes and boxed cargo. One machine can fulfill multiple purposes and expand application scenarios greatly.
